Sea Bream, also known as “Orata” in Italy, was considered a sacred fish in ancient Roman times. It was believed to bring good luck and prosperity, making it a prized catch for both fishermen and epicureans. These Sea Breams are caught according to the fishing traditions of the village of Cetara.
The fillet undergoes a traditional processing method, where they are steamed and subsequently infused with the richness of olive oil marinade.
