The richness of the blend is absolutely fantastic and you cannot miss the buttery, slightly salty and sweet flavour of this unique cheese. Made by the well known Rodolphe Le Meunier, this 75% fat cheese goes perfectly with the elegant bubbles of a Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
