The triple cream Théodore Rhum-Raisin, from the Loire Valley, is a cow milk cheese coated with delicious rhum-soaked raisins. The richness of the blend is absolutely fantastic and you cannot miss the buttery, slightly salty and sweet flavour of this unique cheese. Made by the well known Rodolphe Le Meunier, this 75% fat cheese goes perfectly with the elegant bubbles of a Blanc de Blancs Champagne.
Store in the fridge and consume within a few days.
