Metsovone Cheese hails from Greece’s picturesque village of Metsovo. Crafted in the Italian provolone style for over four decades, it embodies Alpine tradition.
Metsovone Cheese offers a unique symphony of flavours. Its semi-hard texture combines creamy richness with a subtle smokiness that lingers. The controlled smoking process imparts a charming golden hue and a touch of earthy aroma.
You can taste it on its own or use it to accompany potatoes, mushrooms or butterfly steaks.
Can be stored in the fridge for two to three weeks after being opened.
