Tartu is a original invention made by the Arrigoni family, the blend between 2 Italian Gourmet and authentic Italian products, Taleggio cheese and Piedmont Black truffles. Tartu is a more elaborated version thanks to one single ingredient: truffle. By adding pieces of black truffles directly to the milk, it offers rich aromas perfectly blended to this aged cheese. With its slightly yellow paste, the cheese truly is a unique twist and a combinaison of intense sophisticated flavours. Perfect with a glass of Champagne!
