Cheese Type: Uncooked soft cheese with white ashed rind
In the Jousseaume family, the production of goat cheeses is a tradition mastered over three generations. Their excellent quality of cheese has been awarded by many national and international competitions.
Their Taupinette is a soft farm cheese made from raw goat milk. Its natural, slightly ashy rind, thin and uniform when young, becomes thicker when aged over time.
On the nose, La Taupinette smells of fresh milk and straw. On the palate, it is a cheese with a soft and light texture, offering delicate goaty aromas with sweet butter and cream flavours.
