Maison Huchin, located in Coquelles, France, is renowned for its dedication to authentic regional cuisine, offering traditional recipes that reflect the rich culinary heritage of the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region.
One of their signature offerings is the Potjevlesch à la flamande, presented in a 400g jar. This traditional dish harmoniously combines pork, chicken, rabbit, and veal, all slowly cooked in their own broth to create a flavorful terrine. The meats are set in a slightly vinegared jelly, resulting in a savory and aromatic delicacy.
Potjevlesch is traditionally served cold, accompanied by hot, crispy fries, which help melt the jelly, or with boiled potatoes and a fresh salad. This combination offers a delightful contrast of textures and flavors, making it a cherished dish in Flemish cuisine.

1 review for Terrine Potjevlesch à la Flammande (Jar)
Paul C –
I like this coarse terrine very much. It works for me the lazy way just simply on some bread, or even crackers, and it is really enhanced by a good dollop of English mustard!
