The finesse of the goat cheese combined with the flavours of mandarin and grapefruit of the Yuzu gives a very fresh, dynamic, and tangy result that will awake your taste buds. Creamy and foamy in texture, the cheese has slightly sweet notes at the same time, which makes it almost a dessert.

Some fruit/cheese combos work better than others. For me this one is just a touch too sweet. As the description suggests – thing of it as a creamy dessert, not as a cheese.
