Tomato on the Vine, called ‘hanging tomato’ in Spanish, is often of medium-small size, has a round, slightly crushed shape. It is orange-red in colour and it has a large amount of pulp and less water, making it ideal to spread on bread. Often used in stews as well.
Food Pairing:
Perfect in a salad or as a starter with mozzarella and olive oil.
