The Roma Elongated Tomato is an South American variety whose elongated red fruits grow in clusters throughout the summer.
Its flesh is firm, sweet and contains little water. Roma tomatoes are delicious eaten raw, but are also ideal for preserves, sauces and tomato-based concentrates.
