Made in Savoie as a Raclette, Tomme à l’Aïl des Ours is a cow’s milk Tomme with a supple paste inserted by a wild young garlic, slightly sweet with a sharp tonic and citrusy hints. The original nutty and lactic taste of the Tomme goes nicely with the aromatic bouquet that brings a refreshing feeling on the palate. Go fancy for your next Raclette party and try it melted.
