This exquisite Tomme is crafted in small, limited batches using the milk of grass-fed cows from Normandy. The coastal climate allows these cows to graze on abundant sea grasses, resulting in nutrient-rich, salty, and floral milk—perfect for cheese making!
Tomme Belle Saison undergoes a minimum 8-month cave aging process on wooden planks within the renowned caves, known for housing Mimolette. This delectable Tomme features a naturally rustic rind, a nutty and buttery interior, and culminates with hints of flowers and hazelnuts in its finish.
While this cheese is a superb melter, we particularly savour it as a delightful snacking cheese.
