Located between Queyras valley and Briancon in Hautes Alpes, Tomme Capritte is a raw goat’s milk tomme. The texture is firm with only a few little holes in the paste. The taste is nutty, aromatic, goatty with a nice rustic bouquet. A sourdough bread and grilled walnut can be a good match.

Red wines (Chateau Neuf du Pape)
White wines (Sauternes)
