Made in a natural cave in Chambery, Tomme de Chevre Rousseau takes its name from the famous Jean-Jacques Rousseau, french writer and philosopher of the 19th century. Indeed, this cave is equipped with a water retention tank that collects the humidity from the hill where Jean-Jacques Rousseau lived.
The cheese has a thin and delicate texture but a strong and typical fresh and fruity character in the mouth.
