From The Sarda Affumicati, an Italian seafood specialist born in 1989, these Tuna fillets in olive oil are obtained from small tuna caught in clear waters.
Soft and compact, the fillets are left to marinate in water, salt, and natural flavouring for 6 to 8 months before conserving in pure olive oil.
Try them on their own or added to a mixed fresh vegetable salad.
