It consists of luxurious Greek yogurt, finely grated cucumber, garlic, zesty lemon, aromatic herbs, and the finest Kalamata olive oil.

The recipe can vary from region to region in Greece, but it is always served with other Greek appetizer like stuffed peppers, olives and of course, pitas. It can also remain on the table for the rest of the meal as a condiment with roasted meats and vegetables for a fresh touch.
