Wazabina is broad, pale green leaves with deeply serrated edges are soft and tender, with great loft. It has Slow bolting. And a sweet and mildly pungent flavour. Plant densely to keep the leaves the right size for baby leaves and to elongate the leaf stems for easy harvesting.
Thanks to the strong, spicy flavour of its leaves, Green Mustard is very versatile in the kitchen. Our suggestion is to use it raw, as an addition to sandwiches and salads, or as a garnish for soups and main courses, for a touch of flavour, colour and nutrition.
