Zucchini, Yellow from France (Organic)

Zucchini, also called “Courgette” in some parts of the world, is believed to have been first cultivated up to 10,000 years ago. Yellow Zucchini is a hybrid that grows in warm and dry climate. This solid, nutty, super-fast growing vegetable is generally eaten when above 8 centimeters. Yellow Zucchini has a mild flavour perfect for any squash dish and a high percentage of water. We even dry squash, store it in mason jars and use it later in the winter when it is a great treat in soups.
