Very tasty melting cheese. We like to add thyme, pepper, chilli, garlic, white wine or even a dash of brandy before baking. Goes very well with baked potato.

Best if baked! This one is always a treat when we have people coming over. Once ready, everyone can dig with a piece of bread, in a similar way you would eat fondue.
