Made in Albacete, they are refined with premium Paprika in crust at Cultivo facilities in Valladolid.
Jonda has a buttery and lactic heart, and a creamy ring of enormous aromatic complexity, where the notes of goat’s milk give way to nuts and mushrooms, manifesting a light smoked characteristic of paprika.

This is really very nice. Sort of like a spanish version of taleggio. Smooth paste with a rind that adds texture and complexity of flavour.
Definitely a repeat buy for me.
