The king of wines in Burgundy is a truly rare delight to enjoy at its best after 20 minutes of opening.
A wine of great power, very fruity and with an interesting aging potential. It is dense, elegant and racy with a rich and complex nose with aromas combining black fruits and spices, The palate is harmonious and long.

1 review for Gevrey-Chambertin AOC, Vieilles Vignes, Domaine Gérard Seguin, 2019
Paul C (verified owner) –
Pulled and poured (no decant); rather tart on opening but settled down with a few minutes air. Intense nose of redcurrants, cranberry and some minerality. On the palate quite intense with smooth mouth-coating tannins and those dark red fruits. The finish is quite long, drying and tends towards minerality.
