Everything is possible with Chenin Blanc! This versatile grape produces still, sweet and even sparkling wines.

This is a dry, medium bodied, mineral wine, with a bouquet of quince and acacia flowers. Good acidity, hints of green apple, green lemon and peach. Chenin Blanc is the grape variety of the Loire’s best wines.
