Ruby red colour, with hints of red berries, strawberries, cherries, typical of the Pinot Noir cépage. Dry and light-bodied with good acidity and smooth tannin. Its slightly spicy and oaky aromas makes it an all-day easy red wine. Traditionally best paired with cooked dishes, think stews, it’s a great companion for cold cuts and tapas style dinners.
Organic and vegan, this wine is filtered using clay, instead of animal products (egg white, milk’s casein, fish products…).
