Discover authentic Meaux mustard, combined with the authentic flavor of the unique Brie de Meaux Fermier.
The Rothschild family isn’t just into banking and wine… they’re also into cheese! Owners of Domaine des 30 Arpents, located in Seine-et-Marne, in the heart of the Briard region, they produce an exceptional farmhouse Brie with Meaux Mustard: a real gem for cheese lovers.
To create this atypic Brie de Meaux, the cheesemaker selects Bries de Meaux that have reached a third of their reapening. Each wheel is then cut in half and garnished with a Brillat cream mixture and Meaux Mustard. Combining the creaminess of Brie and the spiciness of mustard, this Brie de Meaux with mustard bursts with different flavours in each bite.
Store in the fridge and consume within a few days. Remember to take it out at the beginning of the meal, to let it get back to room temperature and enjoy it at its best.
