Buchette with Flowers is a fresh goat cheese from the Loire Valley of France, coated in dried flowers, like rose petals, cornflowers, and marigolds. The flowers petals give a unique visual appeal and will be a pleasing surpise on a cheese board.
The creamy buchette (literally “small log”) has herbal & citrus nuances balanced by fresh grassy notes.
This cheese can be stored for up to 1 week in the fridge.

Good taste, firm and flavoured.

This is a fairly standard goat’s cheese, but the flowers really add quite a lot in terms of texture and flavour; the combination works well. This is a repeat buy for me.
