This fresh pasteurized goat cheese is a speciality elaborated by the Fromagerie Jacquin et Fils. Reflect of the Jacquin family passion and respect for traditional taste, the Buchette will please both amateurs and connoisseurs and can be served at the end of any kind of meal.
The Buchette (literally ”small log”) has a cylindrical shape with a fresh and rich “natural” taste. Its creamy paste – perfect to be spread – has a slight tangy taste. The addition of sprinkles of black truffle put the cheese on another level! The marriage is perfectly balanced.
Pro-tips: Add it in the middle of a steamed or oven baked potatoe to create a comforting and fine side!
