Crafted with a tender mozzarella outer shell, each petite ball conceals an ultra-creamy, luscious core of stracciatella and fresh cream. Slicing into it reveals a soft, velvety center that spills out gently, filling the palate with a delicate dairy flavor and a soothing, melt-in-the-mouth consistency.
Ideal for a quick antipasto or a fresh summer salad, it adds an elegant touch without the need to slice into a whole cheese wheel. Serve with ripe heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. It also pairs beautifully with prosciutto di Parma, grilled peaches, or crusty artisanal sourdough.
