Caciotta allo Yogurt brings together two of Ponte Vecchio farm’s distinct offerings: the raw milk sourced from their own Bruna cows and the use of fresh, natural yogurt as a processing ferment. The farm, helmed by skilled cheesemaker Italo Curto, operates as a family-run establishment known as Ponte Vecchio.
In the start, you’ll experience a pleasing sweetness reminiscent of yogurt, concluding with a gentle touch of saltiness.
Delicious to eat on its own! As an appetizer, let its creamy taste shine when accompanied by crackers and light charcuterie. You can also incorporate it into salads, pasta dishes, or even melt it on top of your favorite warm dishes to add a touch of culinary finesse.
