Camembert di Bufala is a variation from the original French Camembert. Made with high quality Buffalo milk from Lombardy, it gives to this Italian version a distinctive and stronger flavour with a unspokable aroma.

Surrounded by a smooth and flowery rind, the combination of a strong, creamy Buffalo paste and a thin, subtle layer of Italian summer truffles provides a perfect balance.
