This Rare Baerri is an exceptional caviar coming from the Siberian Sturgeons farmed in Bordeaux, France for over 10 years. As a result, Baerii has unusual large roes (over 3.1mm) of a dark-grey colour with a tender structure that melt in your mouth while uncovering a subtle, buttery and nutty flavoura with sea note.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to go with blinis and a glass of Champagne.
