This cuvée Brut is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier with a reasonable “dosage” at 8,5g/L that delivers great delicacy and a mineral finish.
The nose of white flowers and citrus is pleasant and gives way to many layers of flavours, including pear fruits and buttery brioche bun.
The bubble is supple and not overpowering making this vintage Champagne a good companion of fish or seafood starters and apéritifs.
