Symbol of a know-how transmitted from generation to generation, the Gros Sel de l’île de Ré is harvested according to the rules of the art by passionate salt workers.
Used in the kitchen, raw or slightly crushed, it is a fundamental of a simple and generous cuisine. It will accompany the cooking of your dishes and will allow you, by wrapping fish and poultry, to carry out the famous cooking in a salt crust.
