This 40 months aged Comté from Fromagerie Brun is a rare and luxury product featuring caramelly and roasted nuts aromas. It’s paste has a crumbly texture with salty cristals. The older the Comté, the stonger the flavour, so this Comté is more intense than the Comté aged for 24 or 30 months.
