A blend of the iconic grapes of the South of France, Grenache and Syrah for a deep purple colour wine.At first, the nose is spicy, almost
peppery, then come hints of flower, licorice and baked fruits. On the
palate, the attack of this powerful wine is round and deep.
Perfect pairing with game, beef tournedos and powerful cheeses such as Livarot and aged goat cheeses.
