Domaine de la Chevalerie is above all a story about a family who have had their roots in the Loire Valley since 1640. A story of men and women, vineyards, cabernet franc and especially of love. Custodians of a history, of a style and with a proud heritage, the three siblings Caslot are committed to conveying their passion for wine every day and with the greatest respect for nature.
This wine is characterized by a certain roundness, suppleness and velvety taste. From its beginnings under the influence of meat juices, leather and some notes of reduction due to its young age, it flies towards floral aromas and sweet red fruits.
Pairs excellently with cold cuts, oriental-style sausages, sautées potatoes, or a barbecue.
