It has been 30 years since Ile de Ré Chocolats founded their first chocolate workshop, right in the heart of the Ile de Ré, in the small village of Saint-Martin de Ré. This family-run chocolate factory is committed to promoting regional products through its creations. Ile de Ré Chocolats are involved in supporting their partner cocoa plantations and cooperatives, especially in Cameroon where they help local communities.

This bar is delicately marbled and combines 67% dark chocolate with caramel milk chocolate and a hint of fleur de sel from Île de Ré.

These chocolate bar is the perfect end to any meal. You can combine them with nuts or fruits such as apricots, oranges and raspberries.

You can keep these chocolates for up to 4 weeks in a cool place like your fridge.
