The wine is crafted from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, which thrive in the warm Tuscan climate, contributing to the wine’s rich flavours and relatively high alcohol content. Following a meticulous vinification process, it undergoes 24 months of aging in oak barrels, which imparts additional complexity and depth.
This wine showcases a vibrant purple hue and offers a complex bouquet filled with enticing aromas of plums, damsons, and delicate floral notes of lilies. On the palate, it is elegantly dry, with a silky and velvety texture that enhances its well-balanced profile. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving hints of lilac and blackberry that linger pleasantly.
