This little star is the perfect alliance between the fresh and clean taste of raw goat’s milk and the powerful aroma of black truffles. A sumptuous blend which, on the palate, gives way to a very balanced taste between these two characterful aromas.
Gatine area is like a promised land as it is a breeding region in the West of France where apple and chestnut trees thrive. The cheese has a thin natural chalky white rind that can become slightly blue green while ageing and has a lovely fudgy consistency.
