Maison Duculty has always honoured its geographical origins notably by producing authentic fresh sausages, typical products of Lyon’s gastronomy. This product, which is called Sabodet in Lyon, can be eaten hot or cold, and with various accompaniments.

In this recipe, Maison Duculty has incorporated forest mushrooms in the meat to add a touch of originality to the product.

How to eat?

Simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Consume well cooked.To preserve taste and shape, do not prick with a fork.
