Made with ewe’s milk, it is in 2002 that Feta got the precious PDO appellation. The texture of the cheese is hard and solid. Slightly salty, Feta has a nice and fresh sour taste with a distinctive caprine flavour. Keep it in the bottom of your fridge in the vegetable draw and if you want to keep it longer, dip it into a brine solution (salt and water).
