Made with ewe’s milk, it is in 2002 that Feta got the precious PDO appellation. The texture of the cheese is hard and solid. Slightly salty, Feta has a nice and fresh sour taste with a distinctive caprine flavour.
Keep it in the bottom of your fridge in the crisper compartment.
Try it with roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and a drizzle of olive oil: it’s a divine combination!
