The first record of Halloumi cheese dates back to 1554. Halloumi is made from Goat, Sheep, and Cow milks from Cyprus. The cheese is firm, slightly salty and white in colour. It gets some fresh citrus, minty, grassy notes and it will perfectly match with some watermelon during the summer season. Also, you can grill it and add it to a salad.
