Arpea is made by the Agour cheese factory, located in Hélette, in the Basque Country. This cheese making factory was born in the 1970 and after a fast expansion it includes a whole range of Basque specialities. Arpea is a sheep raw milk cheese with an aerated and creamy texture. Grassy and sweet favor, the rind has a sandy texture because it was washed. Find a refreshing accompaniment as a cider from the same region or even a white belgian beer.
