Agour is made by the eponymous cheese dairy, located in Hélette, in the Basque Country. This cheese making factory was born in the 1970 and after a fast expansion it nowadays includes a whole range of Basque specialities. Agour is a sheep raw milk cheese very smooth with subbtle notes of Espelette pepper gently rubbed on the crust. Perfect for using with Girolle cutter.
