Traditionally crafted cured ham, with an aromatic depth, boasts a delicate flavour profile featuring subtle notes of dried fruits, a lingering mouthfeel, and a juicy texture. Carepiecey selected by our master ham artisans, this ham undergoes a minimum of 15 months of aging for optimum quality.
Jamon Serrano pairs very well with Manchego or Mahon Semicurado. Enhancing this combination with a hint of honey adds a touch of sweetness.
