A premium Gouda produced with the best Swiss milk and with the expertise of experienced cavemasters, refined for 6 months in the unique KALTBACH Cave in Switzerland.

The result is a dark brown rustic rind, pale yellow paste and a unique, piece taste with fine spicy caramel notes and a slightly crumbly texture.

We recommend you to eat it alongside a floral dark honey or peach jam for a snack or grate into a pear and arugula salad for a sweet and savoury pairing.
