Created by Marie Suzanne and Philippe Garros, this cheese was a tribute to their first encounter in 1992, at the Col del Fach farm in Loubieres. The Petit Fiancé des Pyrénnées is made in a similar manner as a Reblochon. Made from raw goat milk, it has a natural rind, a bit washed, and a creamy texture. Milky and buttery, this cheese will delight all the tastebuds!
