Fresh italian pasta made with durum wheat flour.

Orechhiette are a classic from the traditional Puglia cuisine, a region of Southern Italy. Their name comes from their shape, which resembles a small ear.

Served with some fresh basil leaves, tomato and zucchini, and of course, Parmiggiano PDO on the top, to taste a typical Italian spring dish “Orecchiette Primavera”.

How to eat?

Boil in water for a few minutes.
