Born in the Middle Ages, Raclette was initially eaten during the summer, it’s only at the start of the 20th century that it gradually became a winter cheese. The Raclette d’Or from Margot is a traditional Raclette, with balanced flavours and excellent melting qualities. Perfect for your parties with friends. Add gherkins, potatoes and cold cut.
