What makes this cheese special is its generously veined paste with delicious truffles. Salty and flavourful, this rich cheese is full of earthy-mushroomy-truffled flavours.
We recommend you to try it with cold cuts or honey for a sweet combo. This cheese goes wonderfully well with hearty red wines.
