Satonnay is a small fresh goat cheese made from raw milk produced in the department of Saône-et-Loire, in the Burgundy region.
Satonnay is a refreshing creamy cheese, a little tart and tenderly goaty with a fresh nutty taste. The cornflowers add texture, crunch, and bitterness. The bright blue petals will make a beautiful visual effect on a cheese board and will dazzle your guests.
